Job Description
The Manager
He/she is responsible for the general organisation of the point of sale and for ensuring compliance with the internal rules and regulations.
As such, he/she has authority over all of the establishment’s staff, with due regard to the respective duties of the Manager and the Area Manager.

Practical skills and leadership skills:
Proficiency in sales techniques, spontaneous approach, generation of additional sales and incentives to return
The ability to organise a point of sale according to Management strategy and recommendations
The ability to apply and enforce commercial and managerial methods
