Join our Layer 1 (L1 - 7-layer OSI model) software team and help create software for Nokia’s 4G, 5G, and future 6G base station products. You will learn and grow while working on real-time software that optimizes performance, speed, and power consumption.

Location: On-site in Amadora, Portugal
Education Recommendations: Currently a candidate finishing their M.Sc. degree in Telecommunications, Computer Science, Electrical engineering, or a related field with an accredited school in Portugal

- Learn Signal Processing: Get hands-on with techniques
- Assist in Code Optimization: Help improve efficiency
- Support Feasibility Studies: Explore new 5G/6G features
- Collaborate Globally: Work with teams worldwide
- Code in C++: Contribute to our products
- Maintain Platforms: Help with DevOps (Docker, Python)
- Participate in Testing: Assist in various testing phases
- Develop Tools: Create and troubleshoot software tools

You have :
- Software Development Experience: some hands-on experience or relevant coursework
- Project Management Skills: basic understanding
- LTE/5G Knowledge: basic understanding
- Knowledge of C++ or Python for development and testing
It would be nice if you also had:
