Job Description
We are looking for a motivated professional to manage and operate Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (MECM/SCCM) and Microsoft Intune in hybrid environments integrated with Azure AD. This role involves patch management, reporting, automation of desktop deployment processes, and standard workstation maintenance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and manage MECM/SCCM and Intune in hybrid Azure AD environments
- Oversee update distribution and patch management processes
- Create and manage reports in SCCM and Intune
- Implement desktop solutions and unattended installation/configuration processes (SCCM/MDT/Task Sequence, Bitlocker, MBAM)
- Manage and update the client’s standard workstation
- Create and configure SCCM/MECM reports
- Package and update software for deployment
- Monitor and manage update RINGs
- Document and update intervention tickets
Qualifications
- Solid knowledge of Microsoft Windows
- Hardware understanding
- Basic knowledge of computer networks
- Fluent in English
- Valid driver’s license in Portugal
- Availability to travel
- Preferably ITIL knowledge or certification
