Job Description
We are looking for an IT Team lead in Application Operations for our OESL Data Center & Cloud team. You will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day technical operations, monitoring and support for critical enterprise applications database managements on cloud & data center infrastructure. This role ensures central database servers system health, performance and availability and incident resolution while driving operational excellence and continuous improvement with team members.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day technical operations, monitoring, and support for critical enterprise applications, databases, and cloud-based infrastructure services
- Ensure system health, performance, and availability of central database servers
- Lead incident resolution and drive operational excellence
- Develop and optimize monitoring tools, dashboards, and reports for the Infrastructure and Data Center teams
- Manage IT operations, including budget planning and vendor management
- Lead cross-functional teams and drive service delivery improvements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field; Master's preferred
- 5+ years of IT infrastructure experience with 3+ years in leadership or senior technical role
- Strong expertise in application monitoring, SQL/Oracle database management on cloud & on-prem infrastructure
- Experience in managing IT operations, including budget planning and vendor management
- Proven track record in leading cross-functional teams and driving service delivery
- Experience with M&A integration and leading complex projects
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Relevant certifications in workplace technologies or IT service management are a plus
