Noesis is looking for candidates with the following profile:
Main Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Understand the procedures and participate in the task automation process;
- Management, monitoring, and control of service levels;
- Development of tools and processes within the scope of service management;
- Be available for 24/7 prevention weeks.
Requirements:
- Degree in Computer Science or similar;
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Application Support;
- Strong functional analysis component;
- Expertise with SQL/MYSQL;
- Experience with Unix/Linux environments;
- Knowledge of scripting languages (such as KSH/Bash; Python; Perl);
- Proactivity and dynamism;
- Organizational and communication skills;
- Knowledge of English.
