Using HR metrics and KPIs to identify trends and drive data-informed improvements in HR processes.
Ensuring full compliance with labor laws, internal policies, and industry regulations.
YOUR BACKGROUND:
Master’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
3+ years of experience in an HR Partner or HR Business Partner role in a multiantional environement.
Proficient in English (minimum C1 level).
Strong understanding of HR best practices and employment law.
Strategic mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation abilities.
