Main Job and Responsibilities
Support Responsibilities:
- Follow-up and update of the HR policies and procedures.
- HR Tools: contribute to the development, operation and permanent update.
- Assist with day-to-day operations of the HR function and duties.
Administrative responsibilities:
- Organize the onboarding and offboarding process.
- Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves and compensation and resolve any issues that may arise, referring complex and/or sensitive matters to the HR Manager.
- Prepare HR related documentation such as declarations of employment or others
- Ensure the relevant HR database is up to date, accurate and compliant with legislation.
- Perform routine tasks required to administer and execute human resources programs including but not limited to disciplinary matters; disputes and investigations; performance and talent management; time and absence management, productivity, recognition, and morale; occupational health and safety.
Profile requirements
- Min 1 year of proven experience in HR administration ideally in contact center industry
- Knowledge of PT labor law
- Very good written and oral communication skills as well as excellent organization skills
- Fluent in English + Portuguese ( any additional language - french, italian, german - is a plus )
- Ability to work in a multicultural environment
- Be able to adapt to changes and evolution
- Good capability of managing stress and conflicts
- High level of confidentiality and people oriented are also necessary requisites.
- Willing to come to the office twice a week (mandatory)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: 1,100.00€ - 1,350.00€ per month
