<li>Remote Support & In person/On desk/field support;</li>
<li>Work by procedures and tickets;</li>
<li>Warehouse, stocks control, logistics & Back-office tasks.</li>

<li>Hardware and Software;</li>
<li>Networking and security; </li>
<li>Problem solving and critical thinking;</li>
<li>Microsoft tech savvy; </li>
<li>Main Technologies : MS Windows, M365, Printers, Audiovisual equipments(cisco), iPhone & Mac, Smartpass, Active Directory, Network protocols;</li>
<li>Communication and Conscientiousness; </li>
<li>Customer oriented; </li>
<li>Teamwork;</li>
<li>Multitasking Ability;</li>
<li>Fluent in English</li>
</ul>
