We’re now looking for an experienced, passionate Head Chef to lead the kitchen at Santa Marta — overseeing everything from concept delivery and team development to service execution and commercial performance.

What Will You Be Doing?
Leading the day-to-day operation of the kitchen at Santa Marta
Inspiring and managing a passionate team of chefs and kitchen porters
Ensuring consistent delivery of high-quality dishes in line with brand standards
Overseeing food ordering, stock control, prep, and service
Managing costs, margins, GP targets, and labour budgets
Maintaining exceptional hygiene and health & safety standards
Coaching and developing talent in your team with regular feedback and training
Working closely with the GM to deliver a joined-up guest experience
What Do You Need?
Previous Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef experience in a quality-led, busy kitchen
Proven leadership skills with a calm, positive, and structured approach
Strong knowledge of kitchen management systems, food safety, and allergens
A creative mind with a love for big flavour and modern food trends
A genuine passion for hospitality and growing great people
