Growth Data Strategy: Lead the development of data-driven strategies to accelerate growth across marketing, product, and commercial teams, ensuring decisions are based on accurate and actionable insights.
Analytics & Reporting: Build, maintain, and optimize dashboards and reports to track key business and marketing KPIs, being able to propose high-level decisions.
Cross-Channel Performance Analysis: Evaluate the impact of actions across all acquisition and retention channels (paid media, SEO, CRM, affiliate, marketplaces) and identify areas for optimization.
Experimentation & A/B Testing: Design and oversee testing frameworks to validate hypotheses and improve marketing efficiency and product adoption.
Degree in Economics, Management, or similar (preferred)
QUALIFICATIONS:
Proven experience in business consulting, analytics, growth marketing or performance management (minimum 3 years)
Strong knowledge of analytics tools
Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
Fluent in Portuguese and Independent in English
Real team-player - Autonomous, proactive and responsible
Good organizational skills
