The ERP Team is a dedicated group of highly skilled professionals located across various sites in Europe. With a strong sense of ownership and accountability, we play a key role in supporting the business by developing, maintaining, and governing Oracle JD Edwards and related systems. As a diverse and experienced team, we handle everything from minor configuration adjustments and day-to-day support to leading complex, business-critical projects that span multiple years.
About the job
Coloplast is seeking an experienced ERP Specialist – Release & Compliance to manage ERP system releases, ensure ISO 27001-compliant documentation, and maintain system stability across our global operations. You’ll play a key role in coordinating updates, managing change processes, and governing ERP environments, particularly within Oracle JD Edwards. This role demands a structured, quality-focused mindset and offers the opportunity to drive secure, high-impact IT processes in a purpose-driven organization. Your responsibilities
Create and communicate the overall ERP release plan
Govern the lifecycle and usage of ERP environments
Manage Oracle JD Edwards security setup in line with data protection standards
Coordinating ERP environment refreshes and system upgrades
Conduct impact assessments and support change adoption planning
Coordinate development and deployment activities, including onboarding vendors
Lead Go-Live activities, including dry runs, backup strategies, and production planning
Establish and maintain governance for release adoption and technical debt
Ensure quality and operational stability of each release
Manage the Request for Change (RFC) process and act as Change Manager
Maintain IT documentation in compliance with ISO 27001, including access control and audit logs
Prepare and distribute release notes and change communications
Maintain and update OQ/PQ test repositories for ongoing system validation
Requirements
Master’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field
Proven experience with ERP systems (e.g., Oracle JD Edwards, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics)
Familiarity with ISO 27001 standards and IT documentation best practices
Training or experience in Quality Assurance (QA) processes
Experience with CI/CD tools and release automation
Knowledge of ITIL and change management frameworks
Familiarity with documentation tools and secure repositories (e.g., Veeva Vault, Confluence)
Fluent in English, both written and spoken
Competencies
