Location: Onsite in Loughrea, Co. Galway, or onsite in Porto, Portugal.
As our Commercial ERP Implementation Lead, your responsibilities will be as follows:
Define and implement SD strategies aligned with commercial, regulatory, and operational goals.
Establish governance frameworks across pricing, rebates, order fulfilment, and returns.
Lead the SD workstream within the SAP S/4HANA Cloud ERP programme, following an “Adopt not Adapt” approach.
Collaborate with SAP consultants and internal teams to shape pricing models, delivery processes, and system integrations.
Ensure all order processes comply with GDP, GxP, and pharmaceutical regulations.
Oversee ATP configuration, delivery scheduling, and returns management.
Implement robust controls for audit trails, e-signatures, and master data integrity.
Implement controls for audit trails, electronic signatures, and customer master data integrity.
Act as the key liaison between commercial, regulatory, and IT teams.
Lead workshops and training to drive adoption and compliance.
Monitor order fulfilment KPIs and lead continuous improvement initiatives.
Provide SD insights to support finance, logistics, and customer service functions.

Skills & Competencies:
Technical Expertise
Deep knowledge of SAP S/4HANA or SAP Cloud ERP in regulated pharma or CDMO environments.
Hands-on experience with:
Sales order management and ATP
Pricing and rebate configuration
Returns and credit/debit memo processing
CRM (e.g., Salesforce) and logistics integration
Familiarity with SAP Best Practices and Fit-to-Standard methodology.
Compliance & Data Governance
Strong understanding of GDP, GxP, 21 CFR Part 11, EU GMP Annex 11, and ALCOA++.
Experience supporting Computer System Validation (CSV) and audit readiness.
Proven ability to define and enforce data standards and governance models.
Project & Change Management
Demonstrated success leading SD workstreams in large-scale ERP implementations.
Skilled in data cleansing, mapping, and transformation.
Qualifications & Experience:
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a commercial manufacturing environment. Experience in the pharmaceutical sector is an advantage, but not a requirement.
Degree in Pharma, IT, or related field; advanced qualifications in data science, statistics, or management are a plus.
SAP certification or data governance credentials preferred.
Experience with AI/ML tools for pricing optimisation and order analytics.
Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
Fluent in English.
