What You’ll Be Doing
- Provide exceptional support via phone, email, chat, and social media
- Help customers with pre-sales inquiries, general information, or technical troubleshooting
- Resolve issues with professionalism and escalate where needed
- Document cases and ensure accurate follow-up
- Represent the brand across all communication channels
What We’re Looking For
- Fluency in one of the listed languages + English (B2+)
- Previous experience in customer service or technical support is a plus
- Strong communication skills and a desire to help others
- Team spirit, flexibility, and a customer-first mindset
What We Offer
Competitive Annual Salary: €12,000 – €16,000
Benefits & Perks:
- Meal Allowance: €7.23 per working day
- Transport Allowance: €20 per month
- Health Insurance: Paid from Day 1 and FREE after 6 months
- Bonus (Braga only): €20/month after 12 months
- Work Schedule: 40 hrs/week | 2 rotational days off | Monday–Sunday (rotating shifts)
Relocation & Remote Details
Braga :
- Position Bonus after 12 months
- Great local team environment
Lisbon :
- For candidates relocating from outside Portugal:
- Shared apartment available (up to 12 months at €280/month incl. bills – deducted from payslip)
- Flight Reimbursement: Up to €400 after 6 months (economy)
- Remote candidates must be based between Coimbra and Algarve
(Client does not offer relocation for remote roles)
