As a Customer Support Representative at HiJiffy, you will be the first point of contact for our clients’ support needs. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that all support requests are clearly understood, properly documented, and effectively managed. You will work closely with our Support Engineering team to escalate technical issues when needed and ensure timely, high-quality responses to our clients.
📌 Important: This position requires working a fixed afternoon–evening schedule from Tuesday to Friday (14h–23h) and Monday (18h–23h). If you’re looking for a standard 9-to-5 job, this one isn’t for you, but if you enjoy focused, late-day work and want a long weekend starting Monday at 6 PM, we’d love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
Receive and review support requests from clients, ensuring clarity and completeness of information
Provide initial response and resolution to client inquiries, using your problem-solving skills
Escalate complex issues to the Support Engineering team with clear information
Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service standards
Organize and prioritize support tasks to ensure efficient resolution
Continuously learn and deepen your knowledge of HiJiffy’s products and services
Requirements:
+2 years of proven experience in customer support or a related customer-facing role
Fluent in Portuguese and English (Spanish is a strong plus; French/German also welcome)
Exceptional written communication skills with attention to detail
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced remote environment
Availability for the specified shift schedule and flexibility to adjust in the future if needed
Desirable:
Experience in SaaS or the hospitality industry
Familiarity with ticketing platforms and customer service tools
