Our Banking Operations department stands out for the excellence of its unique tailor-made service, recognized by customers and the market alike. Nearly 200 employees work closely together in Switzerland and Singapore to handle the banking operations of demanding customers.
The team
As part of the Cash team, you will support back office activities through Cash Payments, Treasury and Forex and Cash reconciliations and investigations.
You will be part of a dedicated team in charge of ensuring a fast payment processing (processing payment, monitoring of SWIFT / SIC messages emissions) and managing a wide range of forex and treasury products (orders control, cash settlement follow-up) and managing reconciliations.
But here’s the exciting part: you’ll be helping launch this activity from scratch in Lisbon, working closely with our experienced team in Switzerland.
The role will be based in Lisbon, Portugal (Av. Dom João II 43, 1990-084 Lisboa, Portugal).
Your responsibilities
- Input and processing of cash transfers operations
- Contact and support for Front Office and Middle Office teams
- Communication with other departments, client banks, and banking counter-parties

Control and detection of anomalies during the processing of cash transfers
Identify and mitigate risks associated with cash transfer operations.
