The team
You will be member of the Cash and Securities Reconciliation team, responsible for the reconciliation of the cash movements and the securities positions.
The team is in charge of the analysis of the breaks and their follow up until their resolution.
The team supports our client's banks and ensures an efficient and a high quality services.
But here’s the exciting part: you’ll be helping launch this activity from scratch in Lisbon, working closely with our experienced team in Switzerland.
The role will be based in Lisbon, Portugal (Av. Dom João II 43, 1990-084 Lisboa, Portugal).
Your responsibilities
- Perform daily cash reconciliation & monthly securities reconciliation
- Investigate and assigned cash & securities breaks
- Follow up of the cash and securities breaks
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure date accuracy
- Prepare detailed reports and documents (KPI, statistics etc..)
- Support audits and compliance checks related to cash and securities reconciliation
- Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and secure the processes.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with banking and financial services processes.
- Proficiency in reconciliation systems and financial software tools.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
