Role: Automation Tester.
Location: Hybrid, Lisbon.
Required skills:
- Degree in Computer Engineering or similar areas;
- Minimum 8 years of experience as an Automation Tester;
- ISTQB Test Manager certification (mandatory);
- Solid understanding of QA methodologies, tools, and processes across the software development lifecycle;
- Experience with automation testing frameworks and tools such as Selenium, Cypress, or similar;
- Excellent soft skills, with the ability to lead, mentor, and collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams;
- Excellent problem-solving abilities with a keen attention to detail;
- Strong team player with a collaborative and success-driven mindset;
- Analytic professional, with critical thinking;
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team;
- Fluency in Portuguese and English (spoken and written).
