Your new role

As a Recruitment Partner you will be the face of the account on and off-site and will drive the recruitment process for a diverse range of roles. You will partner with the client as their primary point of contact and ensure quality and timeliness in candidate delivery by providing feedback and quality control on submissions from external suppliers. You will be responsible for ensuring that an effective and cost efficient service is delivered. You’ll manage the recruitment process in accordance with current legislation, advising the business on recruitment best practice processes and market updates and work as part of a dynamic and flexible remote team structure. You will use data and insights to show stakeholders how we can reduce costs and time to fill on requirements by presenting to the client in a compelling evidence driven manner.

What you’ll need to succeed

You will have a proven track record within Finance recruitment ideally - but not essentially - drawn from an RPO or 360⁰ environment. You need to be a motivated self-starter who has the ability to work both independently. Your attention to detail and organisation skills will be second to none, and you can demonstrate you are customer service and delivery focused.
