Job Description
As an HR Business Partner, you will serve as a strategic consultant and advisor to our business leaders, partnering with them to achieve key organizational objectives. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to provide comprehensive HR support in areas such as talent acquisition, performance management, employee relations, employee engagement, and organizational development. This role is crucial in ensuring that our HR practices align with our business strategies and values, ultimately creating a positive and inclusive work environment.
Your contribution to something big:
- Develop and execute employer branding strategies to position the company as an employer of choice.
- Collaborate with Marketing and Communication team to ensure alignment between internal culture and external messaging.
- Lead participation in job fairs, career events, and social media campaigns to promote the employer brand.
- Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and create compelling job descriptions.
- Oversee the recruitment process to ensure a high-quality candidate experience and efficient hiring timelines.
- Use data-driven insights to improve sourcing strategies and reduce time-to-hire.
- Design and deliver structured onboarding programs that foster early engagement and cultural alignment.
- Monitor new hire integration and support hiring managers in creating 30-60-90 day plans.
- Drive performance management cycles (goal setting, mid-year reviews, year-end evaluations).
- Coach managers and employees on feedback, development planning, and performance improvement.
- Support the development of KPIs and individual development plans (IDPs).
- Identify high-potential talent and support career pathing, succession planning, and internal mobility.
- Collaborate with L&D to align training initiatives with individual and organizational development needs.
- Analyse engagement survey results and co-create action plans with leadership teams.
- Drive initiatives that promote a positive employee experience, wellbeing, and inclusion.
- Serve as a trusted advisor and conflict resolution partner for employee relations matters.
- Monitor and report on HR metrics related to headcount, turnover, diversity, engagement, and performance.
- Use data to identify trends and proactively address organizational challenges.
- Ensure structured exit processes including exit interviews and knowledge transfer.
- Analyse turnover data to inform retention strategies and organizational improvement efforts.
Qualifications
What distinguishes you:
- Bachelor’s/master’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in an HRBP or generalist role, ideally in a fast-paced, multinational industry or tech-driven environment.
- Experience supporting leaders across different functions, levels and countries.
- Demonstrated experience in talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and HR policy development;
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels;
- Proactive and self-motivated with a strong problem-solving mindset;
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing business needs and prioritie;
- Proficiency in English is required.
