About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated Manager, Technical Account Management to lead and scale our Technical Account Management team in Lisbon. This role requires a strategic leader with strong technical expertise and exceptional client-facing skills to ensure our customers achieve maximum value from our solutions.
The ideal candidate has experience leading people, managing complex accounts, and a strong background in web technologies. You will work cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Sales teams to deliver exceptional client experiences and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Technical Account Managers, ensuring high performance and career growth.
- Oversee the successful onboarding, adoption, and retention of key customer accounts.
- Act as a trusted advisor for clients, providing technical guidance and solutions tailored to their needs.
- Manage projects, resolve escalations, and ensure timely delivery of client objectives.
- Collaborate with internal teams to drive customer satisfaction and business outcomes.
- Build and implement processes to improve the client experience and team efficiency.
Must-Have Qualifications
- 2+ years of people leadership experience, with proven success managing teams.
- Strong grasp of web technologies (JavaScript, HTML, CSS).
- Client-facing experience in a technical or strategic role.
- Proven project management experience, including handling complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives.
Nice-to-Have Qualifications
- Experience managing European accounts.
- Experience building teams from scratch.
- Previous experience in a SaaS organization.
