Safety Officer

Costaterra Golf and Ocean Club Safety Officers are a part of a highly skilled professional team, encouraged to contribute their knowledge and skills for the benefit of the community and department. Costaterra Safety Department are responsible for the safety and well-being of all members, guests, and employees that are daily at the club. A detect, deter, observe, and report posture will be utilized by all Team. Costaterra Safety Team main goal is to provide a safety premium service and at same time, make our members, guests and employees feel part of a very special community.

Maintaining a safe residential and working environment for all members, guests and employees by identifying, treating, and reducing workplace risks;

Providing medical response capability to members, guests and employees while on club property, or engaged in any club-facilitated activity at any other geographic location around the property;

Providing fire response capability to all structures inside the community;

Providing emergency management advice in the event of a natural disaster event;

Adhere to all company service and operating standards;

Remain in compliance with local, state and federal regulations;

Enforce the club´s health and safety policies to all members, guests and employees;

Maintaining the personal “concierge” Safety approach for all members, guests, and employees while on property.
