Job Description
As a Compliance Data Reporting Officer, you will be responsible for:
- Create/modify reports based on the requirements provided by the Head of the Regulatory Reporting Factory and by the data available in Natixis tools
- Accompany the different business lines / Compliance officers, in France or abroad, in order to identify their reporting needs, and automate the production of reports
- Participate in the definition of indicators (KPI / KRI), their implementation, collection, consolidation, and production to the Compliance officers
- Edit and circulate regular or on-demand reports
- Produce regulatory reports to regulators, general inspection, and Natixis’ corporate governance
- Daily interactions with the IT teams and Business stakeholders
Qualifications
Technical skills:
- Significant experiences in reports design through BI/reporting tools:
- Required: Power BI (Power BI Desktop, Power BI Query, etc)
- Will be a plus: VBA or/and DAX Studio
- Good skills in Excel (Macros implementation, Pivot table) and Office Pack
- Knowledge of Compliance functions and internal controls will be highly appreciated
- Experienced in the banking industry, especially in CIB /Asset Wealth Management, will be appreciated
Soft skills:
- Fluent English (mandatory)
- Good level of French will be a plus
- Team Working
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Organized, accountable, pro-active and autonomous
