We are looking for a Residence Manager (m/f) for our Flamingos Salgados Residences in Albufeira, Algarve.
Main responsabilities:
- Coordinate the teams, ensuring compliance with internal Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs);
- Ensure a personalized, efficient, and excellence-driven resident service;
- Welcome and accompany visitors and potential residents, promoting the residence's experience and services;
- Maintain presence in common areas during peak times, providing support and ensuring resident satisfaction;
- Manage resident requests, suggestions, and complaints, ensuring close and effective follow-up;
- Supervise the quality of services provided, continuously seeking to improve the resident experience;
- Motivate, train, and develop team members under your supervision, ensuring strong integration and performance;
- Support the recruitment and onboarding processes of new team members in the accommodation area;
- Monitor occupancy rates and collaborate in the definition of strategies to optimize profitability;
- Manage and control the department's budget, ensuring financial targets are met;
- Ensure the effective use of accommodation management software and operational systems;
- Work closely with other operational areas to ensure integrated management of the residence;
- Comply with and enforce the company's quality and safety standards.
Requirements:
- Technical or higher education, preferably in Hospitality or Tourism;
- At least two years of experience in a similar role, ideally in international brand five-star hotels;
- Proficiency in user-level IT systems;
- Fluency in both English and Portuguese, written and spoken; knowledge of additional languages is a plus;
- Strong communication skills, with a customer service-oriented mindset;
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to train, motivate, and develop the team;
- Proactive, dynamic, and well-organized approach to work;
- Detail-oriented, rigorous, and committed to high standards of performance.
