What is this challenge about

• Drive the successful delivery of initiatives by optimizing team workflows using Agile best practices.
• Ensure that projects are aligned with strategic goals and deliver measurable business value
• Define and track delivery performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
• Foster transparent and collaborative communication across technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Serve as a liaison between engineering, product, and leadership teams to ensure expectations are aligned.
• Continuously assess and enhance the developer experience by removing friction and streamlining processes.
• Advocate for tooling and practices that boost developer satisfaction, autonomy, and productivity.
• Lead change initiatives with a clear vision, measurable goals, and sustainable outcomes.
• Coach teams through new processes and ensure behavioral adoption.
• Design and conduct workshops, training sessions, and one-on-one coaching to build agile competency.
• Facilitate OKR planning and retrospectives to help teams focus and continuously learn.
• Set up metrics to track productivity, quality, and predictability of deliveries.
• Analyze trends and lead initiatives for performance improvement and innovation.
• Coach teams in Agile frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, and OKRs.

What we are looking for

• +5 years experience as a Delivery manager.
• Background in software development or working in technology-driven environments
• Strong focus on developer experience and deep understanding of software development lifecycle challenges
• Proven ability to lead change management initiatives and handle associated resistance
• Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies, frameworks, and implementation
• Excellent skills in workshop facilitation, moderation, and team coaching
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; able to convey ideas clearly and build trust
• Ability to lead and influence teams without formal authority
• Proficiency in Agile and project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Confluence)
• Living in Lisbon (Hybrid role)
• Fluent level of English.
