Description:
Noesis is looking for candidates with the following profile:
Main Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Plan, implement, and maintain small to large process management initiatives;
- Provide advice on areas for improvement within business processes, including actionable plans to implement recommendations;
- Analyze data and provide summaries to leadership to drive informed decision-making regarding process improvement efforts;
- Coordinate with process stakeholders and owners to ensure processes are effectively rolled out, operating procedures are updated and communicated, and stakeholders are trained.
Requirements:
- Degree in Computer Science or similar;
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Process Analyst;
- Proficiency with presenting information to audiences of various backgrounds;
- Proficiency in process modeling tools;
- Knowledge of ITIL Frameworks;
- Experience working with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure or GCP);
- Proactivity and dynamism;
- Organizational and communication skills;
- Knowledge of English.
