We’re looking for a passionate, eager to grow Sales Team to join our management team in Lisbon (hybrid work model).
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a managerial role, preferably in business development or a related field;
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Management or a related area;
- Goal-oriented and people-driven mindset;
- Ability to learn and understand our products and markets;
- Skilled in managing and interpreting company performance metrics;
- Quick and effective problem-solving skills;
- Assertiveness and resilience in overcoming obstacles;
- Enthusiasm for daily challenges and professional growth;
- Commitment to developing emotional intelligence and leadership skills;
- Proficiency in English, with excellent communication abilities.
