✅ As a Customer Support you will:
- After sales support of all customers' requests in Italian mainly EMAIL but also incoming calls
- Maintain solid customer relationships by handling their inquiries and concerns (i.e. troubleshooting, fraud order and returns: “My toothbrush stopped working”, “My TV arrived today after the repair, however it’s still not working”
- Be knowledgeable about given offer and providing the product information (i.e.: I would like to learn more about the features of the coffee machine; What are the differences between these devices before ordering”
- Answers delivery questions like: “I was expecting my product yesterday, but I have no news yet on the status of my issue”
✅ Competitive salary and remuneration system (incl. meal allowance):
- €1000 gross x 14 months - basie salary,
- up to €100 gross performance bonus,
- €7.23 NET/day meal voucher!
- 20 €/month - Transport allowance
