We’re hiring customer support specialists to help our valued clients.
✅ As a Customer Support you will:
- Handling customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Post-sales support, e.g., delivery, warranty, or refunds
- Product advice and inbound sales focused on service, not pressure
- Providing regular updates on case status
- Documenting all processes in the CRM system according to guidelines
✅ Competitive salary and remuneration system (incl. meal allowance):
- 1024 gross x 14 months (it’s 1194€ gross x12 months) -basic salary
- up to 225€ gross performance bonus/month
- meal allowance: 7,23€ NET/day in a voucher card (approx 145€ NET/month)
- 20 €/month – Transport allowance
- PROJECT BONUS – in total 1000€ gross (250€ gross paid after 4th, 7th, 10th and 13th month of contract!
