About the role
We are looking for a motivated and proactive Delivery & Agility Hub Trainee to join the Delivery & Agility Hub team. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in strategic initiatives and project/service support within a leading IT consultancy. The role will primarily focus on supporting these initiatives, while also contributing to internal processes, methodologies, and enablement activities.
As a part of your job, you will:
- Support the governance of strategic initiatives, helping monitor progress against defined KPIs and SLAs.
- Assist in the preparation and facilitation of workshops, meetings, and alignment of sessions with stakeholders across the company.
- Collaborate with senior team members to track the status of internal initiatives, contributing to visibility and alignment.
- Help document and maintain project management templates, tools, and best practices, as part of our internal methodology framework.
- Assist in the maintenance and communication of the Delivery Portfolio that consolidates key financial and delivery data from projects.
- Identify and suggest continuous improvement opportunities.
- Occasionally support human dynamics initiatives, such as pre or post-mortems and project-specific support activities.
What are we looking for?
A recent graduate or final-year student in Management, Engineering, Information Systems, or other related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative mindset.
- Analytical thinking and attention to detail.
- Interest in project management, strategy execution, and organizational dynamics.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools; basic familiarity with Power BI is a plus.
- Eagerness to learn, take initiative, and contribute in a dynamic consulting environment.
