We’re looking for a structured, analytical and execution-focused professional to join the Business Development team at Standvirtual. This team is responsible for building 360º partnerships with OEMs, financial institutions, and automotive related players, with strategies that directly enhance the value of our core platform and improve the overall experience for our users.
In this role, you’ll support the planning, coordination and delivery of these initiatives, working closely with internal teams and reporting to the Business Development Manager. You’ll help ensure everything runs smoothly — from preparing materials to tracking performance — while supporting the team in managing commercial relationships and negotiations.
What responsibilities will you get when working with us?
- Support the coordination and execution of partnerships with OEMs, Banks, Insurance Companies, and other key stakeholders;
- Contribute to the development of 360º value propositions by structuring information and aligning internal deliverables;
- Take ownership of project implementation follow-up: coordinate with internal teams (sales, product, legal, content, marketing) to ensure timely delivery;
- Work closely with the Business Development Manager to support planning, follow-up, and execution of strategic initiatives;
- Support the setup of digital campaigns (e.g., Meta, Google) when required, in coordination with the media and marketing teams;
- Monitor performance of partnerships and prepare regular reporting (dashboards, KPIs, insights);
- Prepare high-quality materials for internal and partner meetings, business reviews, and strategic planning;
- Help ensure process consistency and compliance across projects.
What will you need to be successful in this role?
- 2+ years of experience in business operations, partnerships support, marketing coordination, or project coordination;
- Strong analytical and organisational skills, with attention to detail;
- Comfortable preparing reports, dashboards, and materials to support meetings and business reviews;
- Some experience or familiarity with setting up basic digital campaigns (e.g., Meta Ads) is a plus;
- Good communication and collaboration skills to coordinate with internal teams;
- Proactive, reliable, and focused on execution;
- Curious and eager to learn about the automotive and mobility industry;
- Fluent in English and Portuguese;
- Experience with digital platforms or marketplaces is a plus;
- Able to perform under pressure in a fast-moving context.
