Junior Business Systems Analyst – HR Technology Team Enterprise Business Technology, Enterprise Systems, GTO
The HR Technology team is seeking a detail-oriented and collaborative Junior Business Systems Analyst to support Workday integrations across the organization. This role is part of a dynamic team within Enterprise Business Technology and plays a key role in ensuring effective delivery and maintenance of Workday solutions.
Essential Responsibilities
Partner with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements and functional specifications for Workday integrations
Translate business needs into concise and actionable integration requirements for developers
Assist with functional testing and provide support during user acceptance testing (UAT)
Adhere to IQVIA’s System Lifecycle (SLC) and Computer System Validation (CSV) procedures
Support senior analysts with project-related activities and deliverables
Troubleshoot issues related to Workday integrations and provide timely resolutions
Deliver responsive and effective customer service to internal business partners
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or equivalent experience
Minimum 2 years of experience in systems analysis
1–3 years of hands-on experience with Workday HCM (required)
Familiarity with Workday Extend is a plus, but not essential
Understanding of enterprise-wide business applications or HR systems is desirable
Proven ability to grasp client needs and underlying infrastructure, applications, and processes
Strong documentation and technical writing skills
Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities
Effective communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work autonomously and collaborate remotely with the team
