THE ROLEThe Automation & CRM Analyst is responsible to analyze potential Automation & CRM improvement opportunities, engage with Stakeholders, design requirements and support documentation, align development processes with the Engineering team, conduct tests and review implementation, design changes and updates to existing Automation & CRM processes.

WHO YOU ARE
- Previous experience in Process improvement, design and/or RPA or Salesforce
- An avid learner with a passion for Continuous Improvement, Business Processes, and Automation
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken, with excellent documentation and communication skills
- Previous experience or expertise in C#, AppScript, Python, Salesforce and UiPath would be a plus
- Knowledge of Six Sigma, Design Thinking, or Agile methodologies is highly valued
- Experience with Finance Transformation and Finance Process Improvement will be an important factor
