In this professional internship position, we offer you the opportunity to integrate the Global Quality & Program Management team of our Business Unit. We are responsible to support TTT - Borgwarner plants on new Application Programs (Launch Quality & Program Management), define global processes and oversight new deployments across the BU.
You will be part of a multicultural global team and support on its diverse and interesting range of tasks.
With this internship you will get a deep knowledge on how the Product Development Process in an automotive company is developed and how collaborative cross functional teams and quality good practices can ensure a smooth program launch.
Your Tasks:
Support in the creation of global processes descriptions.
Creation of procedures and training materials for these new processes.
Assist in reviewing the effectiveness of the global processes.
Assist in the deployment of new improvements.
Create and manage our SharePoint site.
Create and manage Power BI dashboards for KPIs follow-up and analysis.
Your Qualifications:
Student in the field of engineering, economics, management or similar
Good knowledge of the MS Office package (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Knowledge of SharePoint/Power BI is a plus
Sound language skills in English
Result-oriented, meticulous and precise way of working
Ability to work independently and on your own responsibility
