Today, in Portugal, we have more than 900 employees and 3 factories for the production of injectable medicines.
Hikma, intends to recruit an Analyst, Microbiology (m/f) to integrate Quality Unit Department, on-site work.
Main Responsibilities:
- Perform all tasks related to Microbiology Analysis
- Perform microbiology tests according to the job codes allocated
- Prepare culture medias
- Perform water sampling as well other sampling utilities
- Perform microbial limit testing on water samples, in coming materials and in process products
- Incubate and check biological indicators from validation studies
- Incubate and Inspection of Media Fill
- Growth Promotion Test
- Handling Laboratory activities and keeping the integrity of the management system
- Assure the cleanliness and organization of the laboratory areas (including benches, incubators, cooler and storage areas)
Profile:
- Degree in Science/Technical, Engineering or related areas
- Excellent organization, communication, interpersonal, collaboration, and relationship skills
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Capability of working under pressure and meeting deadlines
- Good analytical and organizational skills and should have the ability to think critically
- Pharma experience is a plus
- Good knowledge of written and spoken English
