Key Responsabilities:
- Deliver HR services to support our people and business leads;
- Execute performance achievement and rewards processes effectively;
- Oversee reporting and insights on metrics and trends impacting the business;
- Advise leadership on HR aspects of business strategies, issues, and decisions;
- Design and deliver impactful HR programs.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's/Master's Degree in relevant field of studies;
A minimum of 1 year of experience in relevant related skills;
Fluent in Portuguese and English.
