Hikma, intends to recruit a Analyst, IT Digital Workplace Services (m/f) to integrate Information Technology Department, on-site work.
Main Responsibilities:
- Regular and predictable onsite attendance and punctuality
- Provides excellent customer service. Be visible and available to users who require technical assistance
- Respond to Help Desk IT incident and service request tickets
- Provides end-users with a first point of contact. Identify, triage and resolve technical problems for end-users and when required, re-direct technical problems to other appropriate Information Systems staff as necessary
- Prioritizes tasks effectively to manage multiple ongoing support requests and project activities.
- Image of PC’s, deploy, maintain, and troubleshoot Windows desktop and laptop systems as well as related peripheral devices
- Ensures all desktop hardware, software and components are properly installed and configured on each workstation
- Deploy, maintain, and troubleshoot Android and iOS devices
- Assist employees with computer and networking issues
- Anticipates user needs and coordinates with relevant teams to implement preventive measures or enhancements
- Troubleshoot application issues with software from, but not limited to, these vendors: Microsoft, Adobe, SAP, Cisco, Citrix
- Initiates knowledge sharing within the team by documenting common resolutions and contributing to internal knowledge bases
- Microsoft office and 365 Support
- Escalates and monitor unresolved technical issues
- Liaise with third-party support and PC equipment vendors as needed
- Ensures timely execution of IT service requests, onboarding tasks, and lifecycle management processes
- Maintain adherence to compliance regulations
- Understands Hikma policies, services, and staff and adheres to all corporate policies and procedures
- Research issue resolutions and create / update documentation
Profile:
- A minimum 6+ years experience as IT Desktop Support
- 8+ years experience as IT Desktop Support preferred
- Demonstrated technical knowledge of network and PC hardware, including Windows platforms
- Ability to research PC issues and products as required
- Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
- Experience with a Microsoft Active Directory environment
- Understanding of basic TCP/IP protocols and network connectivity
- Computer hardware (A+ certification or equivalent experience)
- Must be able to lift and handle equipment of up to 22Kg
- Experience with Microsoft Office applications
- Experience with Help Desk ticketing systems
