osition Summary
The main purpose of the Website Team Lead is to support the be responsible and accountable for overall operational excellence of Website Services team across projects. Managing team members and workstreams to bring value to the business by ensuring consistent first-time right service delivery. Support the Business/Market in managing content on Nestlé corporate/brand websites and Internal platforms, ensuring consistency and maintaining high-quality information standards across the websites.
A day in the life of...
- Manage the development, maintenance, and enhancement of content across multiple assigned websites
- Manage and evolve the services related to User Experience (UX) and Data Analytics
- Manage and provide support to the team that is conducting several website activities such as:
- Install new content and edit existing HTML within CMS platform; ensure content is accurate; ensure timely publication
- Creation of dashboards to provide accurate and up to date information to internal stakeholders (Power BI, Looker Studio)
- User Experience reports based on both qualitative and quantitative data
- Compliance checks and follow up (e.g. fixing broken links, fixing 5XX errors, fixing 404 errors, implement redirects, adding missing ALT tags, meta data etc)
- Maintain the websites once content is live and ensure the information is accurate
- Monitoring web traffic and user engagement (e.g. bounce rates etc.)
- Developing documentation
- Testing new functionalities
- Collaborate with and support other projects and/or teams
- Determine opportunities to enhance content
- Mentor and support the team - Review content plans with key stakeholders to align strategy with other markets - Maintain awareness of relevant trending topics and news to identify opportunities.
- Manage a team (responsible for planning, organizing resources, leading or influencing team members, controlling processes so that goals can be achieved); decision-making experience
What will make you successful
- University Degree in Engineering, Digital Media, International Relations, Business administration, or any other related field
- Excellent writing and editing skills in English
- Experience in managing teams
- Hands-on experience with Content Management Systems (e.g. Drupal, Shell, WordPress)
- Familiarity with SEO and keyword research
- Good understanding and experience of UX (User Experience)
- Experience of working with web measurement tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Google Search Console, etc).
- Good understanding of Data Analytics, and experience on report/dashboard building process
- Knowledge of web design
- Keen attention to detail
- Working with high-volume, complex tasks
- Working in a corporate and multi-cultural setting
- Experience managing teams
- Ability to collaborate effectively across functions/ teams and projects
- Proven leadership and communication skills
- Ability proactively and independently collaborate with the businesses and markets.
- Ability to make decisions
