Role: .NET Team Leader.
Location: Hybrid, Lisbon.
Required skills:
- Degree in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering or similar areas;
- Min. 3 years of experience as a .NET Team Leader;
- Experience leading development teams working with .NET/.NET Core (version 6.0+);
- Hands-on experience in technical guidance and support across the full technology stack;
- Experience with Jira or Azure DevOps;
- Experience managing communication between technical teams and business stakeholders;
- Proven ability to manage priorities, align with stakeholder expectations, and deliver projects on schedule;
- Maintain a results-driven approach;
- Excellent problem-solving abilities with a keen attention to detail;
- Analytic professional, with critical thinking;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team;
- Good sense of professional ethics and responsibility.
- Fluency in Portuguese (spoken and written).
