El Cafecito de Polo is a cozy and vibrant café located in the heart of the stables at Quinta da Marinha, Cascais. Surrounded by nature, we offer a relaxed but high-quality café experience.
We're growing and looking for a motivated, multitasking Waiter/Waitress to join our team. Someone who’s ready to help out wherever needed, whether it's on the floor, behind the bar, or in the kitchen.
What You’ll Do:
- Serve customers with a friendly and professional attitude
- Take and deliver food and drink orders efficiently
- Support the team by helping behind the bar (coffee, drinks) or in the kitchen (basic prep, plating) when needed
- Keep the café space clean, organized, and inviting
- Help create a warm, welcoming environment for every guest
What We’re Looking For:
- A multitasker with a can-do attitude
- Willingness to learn and help across different areas (floor, bar, kitchen)
- Positive mindset and team spirit
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Reliability and flexibility (weekends/mornings preferred)
- Previous café or hospitality experience is a plus, but not essential
- Spoken English and Portuguese is ideal
