We are looking for a Technical Solutions Specialist to join our Customer Solutions team and play a crucial role in assisting trialists, newly paying customers, and named accounts with the technical implementation of their Pipedrive setup. Your primary focus will be on Imports, Integrations (Zapier and Pipedrive-built integrations), and Automations, driving paid conversion and customer retention. In this role, you’ll strive to improve customer satisfaction by understanding customer’s novel business needs to provide real time suggestions for implementing best practices to drive speed to value attainment.
Your new adventure:
- Assist customers during their trial phase in setting up their account, with the main goal of ensuring their data is imported successfully
- Help trialist customers through complex technical setup steps, such as automations and integrations (built by Pipedrive), to ensure a smooth migration and conversion to a paid customer
- Advise customers on technical solutions outside of Pipedrive, such as Zapier, in order to ensure a strong implementation
- Send post-call follow-up emails to customers after their session to clearly recap activities completed, any next steps and/or additional resources
- Help customer-facing teams with cases of import and automation that are escalated to the team
- Assist any customer-facing team with import or automation escalations for customers early in their Pipedrive journey
- Participate in public webinars for the entire customer base & customer prospects as the subject-matter-expert for imports and automations
- Conduct customer calls via web-based video software, utilizing the camera, screen-shar,e and screen management features to foster strong relationships and a smooth process

- Advanced technical knowledge of CRM systems, including how data is structured, imported, and automated across platforms
- Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, having great time management skills, and the ability to decide and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong active listening skills to synthesize information and provide real-time advice to customers
- Capability to quickly learn new systems to track customer activities, manage pipelines, and assess account health
- Familiarity with industry platforms for customer consulting
- Ability to maintain self-awareness to handle customer escalations while following established processes
- Strong interpersonal skills demonstrating the ability to work independently and collaboratively with a cross-functional team
- Passion for proactively investing in your training and development across multiple business industries
- Fluency in English, both written and verbal
- Familiarity with Pipedrive is a plus
