We are looking for a professional to join a client team
What you will do
- Management of the L2 support team for Low Code applications;
- Application incident management;
- Monitoring and optimizing the performance of Low Code applications, identifying and resolving problems to ensure maximum platform performance.
Who you are
- Previous experience in managing L2 application support teams, ideally with 3 to 5 years' experience as a team leader;
- Knowledge of Low Code technologies (e.g. Appian and OutSystems);
- Experience in corrective maintenance and technical support, including analysis and daily resolution of incidents, root cause analysis and creation of problem reports;
- Experience in process automation (Python/ Bash);
- Technical experience in supporting Java APIs (valued);
- Technical experience supporting Angular, Java, SQL Server, HTML, JavaScript, and CSS (valued).
