We are looking for an Tax Specialist to join our Oporto Shared Services.
What's the challenge?
- Ensure compliance with tax obligations across all Nors Group entities;
- Act as the main point of contact with tax authorities;
- Provide expert tax advice and review contracts to ensure tax compliance;
- Identify opportunities for tax optimization;
- Monitor and analyze tax legislation and updates in the countries where Nors operates;
- Organize and deliver tax-related training to internal teams.
What do we expect from you?
- Degree in Law, Economics, or Management;
- Specialization in Taxation;
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within a consultancy or shared services environment;
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken;

Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools;
- Strong business and client-oriented mindset;
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills;
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
