PURPOSE & OVERALL RELEVANCE FOR THE ORGANIZATION:
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responsible to guarantee data maintenance, readiness and accuracy, in a proactively manner
- Responsible for analyzing tax data collected through e-invoicing and e-reporting systems, to provide insights to corporate tax and local markets and ensure accuracy and reconcile with the source systems.
- Accountable for investigating, raising issues whenever needed and resolving discrepancies found on the reconciliation process
- Ensure an ongoing and open communication with the teams involved on the different parts of the process to support fast issue solving mindset
- Ensure to manage the tasks using the standard established procedures.
- Responsible for suggesting process improvements, and suggest new working processes in the team to ensure efficiency and excellence, as well as support their implementation
- Responsible for maintaining files and documentation up to date and accurate.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
:- Solid knowledge in SAP FI from a user perspective is mandatory
- Minimum 2 years of experience in participating in projects related to digitalization of tax reporting such as e-reporting and e-invoicing mandates .
- Consolidated knowledge of accounting, tax and SAP
- Profficiency in MS-Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Advanced knowledge in MS Excel
- Experience in shared service center environment is a plus
- Strong customer focus and stakeholder management skills to interact with business partners
- Ability to read, write and communicate in English in a business setting
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a multi-team environment to achieve consensous decisions, always having adidas consistent growth in mind

- Ability to work together with other finance and tech teams, ensuring a strong collaboration between teams.

REQUISITE EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE / MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- A bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business Administration, Tax, Accounting, IT or other related areas
- At least 3-5 years of relevant work experience in SAP FI projects for finance, tax and IT functions
