We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented professional to join the Supply Chain team of an international energy company. This role will provide essential administrative and clerical support to the Supply Chain Management team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the Supply Chain team
  • Process and track invoices
  • Perform accurate data entry
  • Maintain records and filing systems
  • Review and file purchase orders
  • Administer documents via DocuSign
  • Manage files stored in SharePoint
  • Provide additional administrative support as needed

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1–2 years of experience in an office environment preferred
  • Proficient in MS Office applications
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written)
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and team spirit
  • Familiarity with IFS is a plus, but not required
