Position Overview
As a Customer Advisor, your responsibilities will include:
Delivering high-quality support across multiple communication platforms
Building and maintaining positive customer relationships
Troubleshooting customer issues using internal tools and guidelines
Providing clear and helpful recommendations and solutions
Candidate Requirements
Proficiency in Spanish (C2 level)
Good command of English (minimum B2 level)
Previous experience in customer or technical support is a plus (not mandatory; training is provided)
Valid EU passport, Portuguese residence card, or Ukrainian refugee status
