We are now looking for a skilled Solution Architect to join our Core Replenishment team. As a Solution Architect, you will join our fast-growing business and have a pivotal role in developing our replenishment solutions. Solution Architects at RELEX work at the intersection of business and technology and are key players in ensuring the product we are currently building will be world-class.
- Participate in developing new product features from idea to implementation and coordinate the work of others working on the same topic in the team. Collaborate with different roles in the cross-functional team.
- Run pilots for prototypes and new features to ensure high-quality results
- Ensure that the product is easy to use and implement by defining, maintaining, and developing implementation guidelines and training materials
- Act as a product expert and provide support for customer teams working in challenging customer cases
- Excellent knowledge and competence on Relex F&R: Business rules, database, workspace, and ability to configure new solutions using these components
- Capability and motivation to pick up and learn new concepts fast and put learnings into use effectively
- Excellent ability to translate customer requirements to solution specifications, considering the current and future functionalities, processes, and tools
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Understanding of supply chain processes
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple initiatives simultaneously
- Strong ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders on all organizational levels
- Competence in data and analytics
