What will you do?
As a Senior Mobile Developer (React Native), you will play a key role in strengthening our Development Hub in Lisbon. You’ll mentor and technically guide a team of mobile developers, collaborate closely with Product and Engineering teams across Sweden, Denmark, Finland, and Norway, and build state-of-the-art mobile applications that empower craftsmen across industries.
Job Overview & Role Description
We are looking for a passionate and experienced Senior Mobile Developer to join our Lisbon team in a hybrid work model (2 days in the office, 3 days remote). You will be responsible for leading mobile development efforts, ensuring seamless integration of iOS and Android platforms, and contributing to the development of our Group’s ERP products.
Key Responsibilities
Mentor and coach a Mobile Development team on product development and maintenance.
Build, enhance, and maintain cross-platform mobile applications using React Native and Redux.
Ensure smooth integration across iOS and Android platforms, leveraging Xcode and Android Studio.
Manage the release process to the Apple App Store and Google Play, ensuring compliance with platform guidelines.
Collaborate with designers to implement intuitive, user-friendly, and visually appealing interfaces.
Integrate RESTful APIs and ensure performance, responsiveness, and quality of applications.
Debug, troubleshoot, and provide timely solutions to issues.
Stay up to date with the latest trends and best practices in mobile development.
Qualifications & Skills
Years of experience:
5+ years of professional experience in mobile app development.
Strong background in React Native development.
Required qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
Proven track record of publishing apps to both Apple App Store and Google Play.
Strong knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript (ES6+).
Solid understanding of UI/UX principles and ability to collaborate with design teams.
Experience with testing and debugging (unit, integration, component testing).
Familiarity with Git and version control systems.
Experience in Agile development environments.
Fluency in spoken and written English, with excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Preferred qualifications:
Knowledge of modern authorization mechanisms (e.g., JSON Web Token).
Experience with automated frontend testing tools such as Cypress or Selenium.
Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines and tools like Octopus, GitLab, GitHub, Bitbucket.
Previous exposure to large-scale ERP or SaaS solutions.
