Job Description
Vantiva is seeking an experienced Senior logistic recovery Manager to lead and structure our global after-sales operations. You will oversee three key challenges:
- Logistics recovery operation, engineering tools, Purchasing and Sales Administrators.
Your mission is to implement and execute the company’s after-sales strategy, ensure customer satisfaction, and drive operational and financial performance across the service organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure effective deployment of the company’s global after-sales strategy
- Oversee warranty compliance and ensure obligations to customers are met efficiently
- Investigate and resolve issues related to customers, suppliers, and after-sales operations
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Quality, Finance, and Sales teams to support tenders, control after-sales costs, and enhance product quality
- Develop and manage after-sales revenue opportunities
Operational Duties
- Act as the main point of contact for all after-sales strategy matters with internal and external stakeholders
- Identify needs for new partners, services, tools, repair capabilities; coordinate execution across teams; and monitor project progress
- Establish service contracts, maintain and update operational procedures, and ensure proper execution of after-sales agreements with clients and suppliers
- Oversee daily purchasing operations globally; track performance; provide pricing, reporting, and implement actions to meet revenue and margin targets
- Representing the after-sales organization in client and supplier meetings, presenting results and driving continuous improvement initiatives
- Lead a team Objective and performance results
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in engineering or Supplier Operations Management
- 10–15 years of proven experience in team leadership and cross-functional project management, Solid background in engineering, customer/supplier support, and operational excellence
- Comfortable working in a multicultural, international environment with multidisciplinary teams
- Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills
- English read, written and spoken
