About the job:
Underwriting & Investment Analyses:
- Develop and enhance pricing models for secured, unsecured, and REO assets
- Support investment decisions by providing investment recommendations and risk assessment
- Monitor and analyse the performance of portfolios under management
- Prepare and review operational activity reports, identifying key trends and risks
- Provide data-driven insights to support portfolio optimization strategies
- Oversee and review Business Plans
- Develop forecasting models and scenario analysis to support strategic decision-making
- Support operational business through various initiatives related to NPL recovery
- Provide recommendations with the goal of increasing efficiency/ results
- Assist in improving processes, workflows, and data quality within the organization.
Must-have
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field
- + 3 years of experience working with NPLs
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities
- Proficiency in Excel and SQL
- Advanced English communication skills
- Highly motivated, open minded and with a good team spirit
- Experience with Power BI and Phyton
