Our newest opportunity is for a talented Senior CAD/BIM Modeler - Infrastructure to join our award-winning team based in either Porto or Lisbon Portugal.
This critical role will work as part of the Infrastructure team, developing and preparing 3D models and drawings in CAD format (especially in Civil 3D) for all the different infrastructure systems, in the different project design stages.
We envisage success in this role to include:
- Producing technical infrastructure drawings namely roads, structrues and utility networks, wet and dry.
- Experienced in producing profiles and 3D models for the different infrastructure systems.
- Liaising with Engineers about the information required, the coordination between different disciplines and project progress.
- Collaborating and coordinating with other disciplines to achieve a fully integrated design and 3D models.
- Converting concepts and sketches into engineering drawings and models based on the project requirements.
- Developing workflows for various stages in design and submissions.
- Leveraging BIM software and tools as a methodology to coordinate design development and progress.
To be successful in this dynamic opportunity, we envision that you will have a Diploma in Drafting, or any other related subject. We welcome all levels of experience, preferably with more than 5 years of experience in a similar position.
Furthermore, you should demonstrate:
- Proven experience as a Senior CAD/BIM 3D Modeler in Infrastructure.
- Proficiency in software such as Autodesk AutoCAD and AutoCAD Civil 3D.
- Experience in Infraworks and Navisworks is preferable.
- Solid written and verbal communication skills in English.
